Our Return Policy
While we will always try to help fix your device if there are any issues; all hardware is covered by a 30 day warranty with the store for 30 days. If the product is found to be faulty we will replace or exchange the device. If the time for our warranty has passed, please keep in mind most devices do come with an extended warranty within the packaging that you can redeem through the manufacturer. For all returns, we do require the original packaging with the item as well as a copy of the receipt from the purchase. Please keep your device's packaging for the first 3 month's in case you need to return it.
However, we do not accept returns/exchanges for any open product that is not considered hardware (disposables, pods, e-liquid).
We also do not accept refunds.
