Flatten the curve.

It's our responsibility (as decent people) during this global pandemic to do our part to help "flatten the curve" and keep this pandemic from overwhelming our medical system.  To help do this, our provincial government has ordered the closure of all non-essential businesses.

Unfortunately for (both of) us - this includes vape shops.

How are we at It's Not Smoke handling this?

1.  We are asking you to call your MPP office and let them know that you believe that vape shops belong in essential services as suppliers of safer choices of addictive products.  Having people going back to smoking during these times of stress will only put more of a burden on our already overworked health system.

2.  The store is closed for browsing and hanging out.    For our local customers, you can order online (here on our website) or by telephone at (226) 700-3206.  (please browse our product selection online before you call as we are not going to be able to list the 100s of flavours and types of coils on the phone - browse online to your hearts content, but before you call, we ask that you have the basics of your order ready).  Normally we love to chat and can talk your ear off, but these are different times.  We need to keep our phone lines open for everyone.

3. Different hours and same day courier deliveries.

Our website is open 24/7 to help you and take your orders.  We deliver all across Canada via Canada Post.

Monday thru Friday

We will be available by phone (in-store) from 10am until 5pm to take orders or handle pick-up orders.

On Monday through Saturday after 7pm, I will be doing the day's deliveries.

Sundays we will be taking phone orders for pickup or delivery from 10-5 and not doing deliveries on Sunday, any orders to be delivered will go out on Monday at 7 pm.
