Products that are coming soon or out of stock are now available to be ordered ahead of time for in store pickup or delivery. All products that are ordered this way include a 10% discount on the sale price.

Please note the following policies related to this service:

1) All orders of this kind require a minimum 50% deposit/partial payment to place. If you select partial payment, the full amount will be due upon pickup or before we are able to ship the item (depending on your selection at checkout).

2) Back ordered items can take up to 2 weeks to arrive at the store (unless otherwise stated). Sometimes due to shortages with our distributor, this may be extended. You will be contacted in these cases and given an option to refund if you so choose. If you have selected in store pickup or local delivery as your fulfillment preference, you will be contacted when the ordered item arrives at the store.

3) Deposits are not refundable, unless there has been an issue that has extended the arrival time beyond 2 weeks from order date. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact staff for further assistance.

4) As with all our services, these orders are still subject to a 19+ age restriction, and thus if you are not able to provide I.D. we will not complete the sale, either before or after the product arrives. Any deposits placed will not be returned in these cases.

5) If you would like to order a product that is not in stock but back ordering has not been set up, please contact staff so we may set up the order if the product is still available to us.

6) In the event a back ordered item is not available to us anymore, you will be contacted with the option to change or refund your order.

7) If a pre-orded/back-ordered product is included with other items that are in stock on an order, all products must be fulfilled at the same time (after the out of stock product arrives at the store). If you want to purchase in stock products and recieve them as soon as possible, please make a seperate order.
